Kottke’s at it again!

Jason Kottke joined The Deck today, a indie ad network that supports other heavy hitters such as Waxy.org and 37Signals. Pretty cool to see these guys playing by their own rules.

Speaking of 37Signals, I’m planning on abandoning WordPress and redoing this blog in web wunderkind Ruby On Rails (No hard feelings WP).

    Question: Been considering this over at FWM as well (as my updating woes just have become larger and larger headaches). Will you be able to transfer your archives over? How have you been liking the process so far?

    It is a great language and rails makes it somewhat easier once you start to understand the concepts behind it. As far as transfering the database that’s really just a matter of making a backup and doing a little mysql dirtywork, but wouldn’t be that hard.
